Before starting on any journey, we have to prepare. How can we possibly prepare for the biggest journey of all, our lives? Well, we can start very simply, with paying attention to the breath as it moves in and out of us.
By bringing our moment by moment awareness to each breath and doing our best to let judgements or opinions fall away for even a few minutes, we can regain our center, our calm inner knowing and begin to find our way to what’s best for ourselves and for others around us, both near and far.
You’ll be guided through a gentle, restorative mindfulness meditation that will help you put down your own inner baggage before continuing on your way.
No prior experience is necessary and experienced meditators are welcome too!
