Tai Chi Basics
Think of tai chi as a kind of Chinese yoga (minus the specialised clothing and mats!) This 8-week course will introduce you to the basics of tai chi practice. Learn posture fundamentals, tai chi stepping and some of the underlying principles of tai chi. We’ll also focus on how to apply the lessons of tai chi to reducing stress and increasing flow in your every day life. No special gear required, just you and your body in some soft comfy clothing.
